The Board of Management

1) The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:

1. (a) The Vice-Chancellor;
2. (two) members of the Governing Body, nominated by the Sponsoring Body;
3. (c) 3 (three) persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the Sponsoring Body;
4. (d) 3 (three) persons, from amongst the teachers, nominated by the Sponsoring Body;
5. (two) teachers, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
6. (f) Nomination may be given from the state Government.

1. (2) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Board of Management.
2. (3) The powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such as may be specified by the Statutes.
3. (4) The quorum for the meeting of the Board of Management shall be five.
