Subsequent Statutes

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the subsequent Statutes may provide for any matter and shall in particular provide for the following, namely:- (a) creation of new authorities of the Universi{; (b) the establishment, amalgamation, sub-division and abolition of Departments; (c) creation of posts and procedure for abolition of posts; (d) representation of teachers in the authorities of the University; (e) institution of medals and prizes; (f) revision of fees; (g) alteration of the number of seats in different academic programmes; (h) any other matters which by this Act are required to be specified by the statutes.
