Alienation of places of Pilgrimage and other Religious Places properties

(1) No movable property of a non-perishable nature of which the Committee is in possession and the value of which is not less than Rs. 10,000 and no jewelleries, relics, religious objects shall be sold, pledged or otherwise alienated without the previous approval of the State Government. (2) No immovable property taken possession of by the Committee shall be put out in any form or transferred except with the previous sanction of the State Government.
