Statutory text
- (1) The University shall be open to all for admission or appointment creating an inclusive environment providing equitable access to all classes, castes and creed members, students, teachers or workers irrespective of their class, caste, gender, ethnicity, socio-cultural status, geography, physical condition, linguistic background, religion and sexual orientation among others.
- (2) Admissions to every programme of study in the University shall be based on merit assessed through transparent and reasonable criteria disclosed by the University, before the commencement of the process of admission:
