Visitor of the University

Statutory text
(1) The Chief Justice of India or his nominee, who may be a senior Judge of the Supreme Court, shall be the Visitor of the University. (2) The Visitor or his nominee, when present, shall preside over the convocations of the University and the meetings of the Governing Council.
