Standing Committee and ad-hoc committees

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations, the Executive Council may, by resolution, constitute such Standing Committees or appoint ad-hoc committees of such persons, for such purposes and with such powers as the Executive Council may thinks fit for exercising any power or discharging any function of the University or inquiring into and reporting or advising upon, any matter relating to the University.
