Short title, extent, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Lokayukta Act, 2014. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Sikkim. (3) It shall be apoucable to the public servants of the State of Sikkim serving in and outside the State and the public servants under the control of Government of Sikkim. (4) It shall come intoforee on such date as the Government may, by notlflcatlon. appoint.
