- (1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Determination of Lease Act, 2014
- (2) It extends to the whole of Sikkim and shall apply to lease executed between the State Government or its undertakings and a company or any other person or entity claiming through or under it.
- (3) It shall come into force at once.
