Appeal.

Any person aggrieved by an order of the prescribed authority may, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order, prefer an appeal to such officer or authority, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint: Provided that such officer or authority may, if the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the appeal, entertain the appeal preferred beyond the said period of thirty days.
