Resignation of member and filling up of vacancies etc

A member of the Board, other than an ex-officio member, may resign his seat by giving notice thereof in writing to the President, and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his seat from the date of acceptance of his resignation by the State Government. In the event of a vacancy occurring by resignation, disqualification or death of a member, such vacancy shall be filled up, by nomination, as soon as may be, in the manner provided in Section 4.
