Contribution by the State Government to the Board Fund

(1) The State Government shall make an initial contribution of such amount as it may deem fit to the Board immediately after its establishment. (2) Thereafter, each year, taking into consideration the estimates of receipts and expenditure for the year prepared and presented to the State Government by the Board, the State Government shall make such contribution available to the Board as it may deem necessary.
