General powers of Commandant.

The Commandant shall, subject to the orders of the Inspector-General, direct and regulate all matters of arms, drill exercise, discipline, mutual relations, distribution of duties, and all matters of executive detail in the fulfilment of their duties by the officers of the Force and members of the subordinate ranks under his charge.
