Certificate of appointment to officers of Force, and when such certificate to be surrendered.

(1) Every officer of the Force below such rank as may be specified by the State Government shall, on appointment, receive a certificate of appointment in the form in Schedule II. (2) Every person who for any reason, ceases to be an officer of the Force, shall forthwith deliver his certificate of appointment and the arms, accoutrements, clothing and other necessaries which have been furnished to him for the execution of his office to an officer empowered by the Commandant to receive the same.
