- 29. The contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Statutes for the time being in force in relation to the conditions of service.

- 42. The Annual Report, as approved by the Board, shall be sent to the State Government for being laid on the table of the House of the State Legislature.

- 46. He or she may after receiving the comments of the Board, either withdraw the order suspending the Ordinance or disallow the Ordinance and his or her decision shall be final.

- 52. The decision of the Board on all such matters shall, subject to revision by the Chancellor, be final and shall not be liable to be challenged in any Court or Tribunal.
- 53. The Chancellor shall after taking such advice from the State Government as he or she deems necessary, decide the question and his or her decision shall be final.
