University to follow rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Univers ity sha ll be bound to comply w ith a ll the rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies and provide all such facilities and assista nce to such bodies as are required by

them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
