Amendment of section 9, Rajasthan Act No. 14 of 1999

In sub-section (2) of section 9 of the principal Act, after the existing expression "other marketable securities" and before the existing punctuation mark ".", appearing at the end, the expression "or of such other instruments as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette" shall be inserted.
