Revision

The State Government or such other authority, as may be appointed by it in this behalf by notification in the Official Gazette, may, on its own motion or on application made, call for the record of any case decided by any authority under this Chapter for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of proceedings of such case, and may pass such order in reference thereto as appears to it necessary for the ends of justice: Provided that no order under this section shall be passed unless a reasonable opportunity of hearing has been provided to the person whose interests are likely to be prejudicially affected by such order.
