Establishment and incorporation of the Board

Statutory text
- (1) There shall be established a Board of management for the Jaipur Sud Sadabarat Fund. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to enter into contracts and to acquire, dispose of and hold properties, both movable and immovable, and may sue and sued in its cooperated name.
