Budget of the Fund

Statutory text
- (1) The Board shall, within three months of its establishment and thereafter at least one month before the commencement of each financial year, prepare, or cause to be prepared, a budget for the succeeding financial year and shall consider and pass the same at a meeting before the commencement of that year. (2) A copy of the budget so passed shall be sent to the State Government.
