Licensing Authority

The Authority having power to grant licenses under this Act (hereinafter referred to as the Licensing Authority) shall be the District Magistrate having territorial jurisdiction appointed as such under the provision of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No. 2 of 1974.)
