Review.

Any order passed under this Act may, after notice to all persons interested, be reviewed, by the officer who made the order or by his successor-in-office, or, if the order is passed by the Board of Revenue, then by such Board on account of mistake or error either in the making of the certificate or in the course of any proceeding under this Act.
