Power to grant installments.

The Collector referred to in section 10 may, for any sufficient reason, order that payment of the amount due under a certificate shall be made by such number of installments and on such terms as to payment of interest, the attachment of the property of the defaulter, the taking of security from him, or otherwise, as he thinks fit: Provided that the installments granted shall not be spread over a period exceeding three years.
