Repeal

On and from the date this Act comes into force, the Jaipur Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Practitioners Act, 1943, and the corresponding laws of other covenanting States of Rajasthan shall be repealed and Section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 of the Central Legislature shall, so far as may be, apply to such repeal as if the Act and laws so repealed were Central Acts repealed by a Central Act.
