In section 2 of the principal Act,-
- (i) the existing clauses
- (q) and
- (r) shall be deleted; and
- (ii) for the existing clause (zg), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(zg) "University" means the Vishvakarma Skills University, Jaipur as established and incorporated under section 3; and".
