Amendment of section 30, Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2017.

In sub-section

1. (1) of section 30 of the principal Act,-
   • (a) for the existing expression “the prescribed manner within thirty days from the date of service of the cancellation order:”, the expression “such manner, within such time and subject to such conditions and restrictions, as may be prescribed.” shall be substituted; and
   • (b) the existing proviso shall be deleted.
