Amendment of section 117, Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2017.

In section 117 of the principal Act,-

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the existing expression “State Bench or Area Benches”, the expression “State Benches” shall be substituted; and
2. (b) in sub-section (5), in clauses
3. (a) and (b), for the existing expression “State Bench or Area Benches”, the expression “State Benches” shall be substituted.
