Prohibition of certain methods of hunting

No person shall- (a) utilize call-birds of any kind (excepting quails) for the purpose of alluring other birds of its kind; or (b) course or hawk wild birds or wild animals specified in Schedules II and III except under a license and to the extent and manner permitted thereby.
