Standing record of rights

There shall be a standing record of rights for each abadi deh area, which shall comprise the following, namely: -

1. (i) the record of proprietary rights of each survey unit prepared under this Chapter;
2. (ii) the survey reports and maps prepared under Chapter III with dimensions;
3. (iii) the record of proceedings of the meetings of the village committee; and
4. (iv) such other document as may be prescribed or notified.
