(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor; Chairperson (ii) the Executive Director; Member (iii) the Registrar; Member (iv) two persons from amongst the Heads of Departments by rotations; Members (v) two persons nominated by the Chancellor out of which one shall be a financial expert; and Member (vi) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
