Statutory text
- (1) The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Chancellor on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. (2) In the absence ofthe Vice—Chancellor, the Executive Director shall be the chairperson of the Finance Committee and shall exercise such other powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed.
