Saving of certain tenancies and conditions

(1) Nothing in sections 24, 25 or 26 shall apply to— (a) * * * * * (b) any breach of a condition regarding arboriculture included in any statement of conditions other than a statement pertaining to tree-planting tenants; or (c) any tenancy scheduled under the proviso to section 4, except to such extent as may be specified in the statement of conditions applicable to such tenancy.
