Qualifying Examination

Statutory text
- (1) The Faculty shall by bye-laws prescribe the course of training and qualifying examinations including the examination prior to qualifying examinations and may also provide by such bye-laws that instruction and examinations shall, as far as possible, be given or held in such languages as may be specified therein.
- (2) A qualifying examination shall be an examination in the Ayurvedic System or Unani System held by the Faculty for the purpose of granting a degree, diploma, or certificate in the Ayurvedic System or Unani System and such other examination for that purpose as the [State Government] may by notification direct :
