All loans granted under the Patiala and East Punjab States Union State Aid to Industries Act, 2007 to be deemed to be granted under this Act

All loans granted under the Patiala and East Punjab States Union State Aid to Industries Act, 2007 (Act No. II of 2007 Bk.) shall be deemed to be granted under and in accordance with the provisions of this Act and shall be recoverable in the same manner in which loans granted under this Act are recoverable.
