Statutory text
The forms of the State aid which may be given may include the following, namely :— (i) the grant of a loan; (ii) the grant, sale or lease of land, raw material, fire-wood, water or any other property vested in Government for the purposes of the State; (c) the payment of a subsidy, in the case of a cottage industry or village industry for any purpose; and in the case of any other industry for the conduct of research or the purchase of machinery; (d) the supply of machinery on the hire-purchase system; (e) the guarantee of a minimum return on the whole or part of the capital of a joint stock company invested in an industry.
