Definitions.

In this Act, unless ~ ! e cenlext ~the-.l:ise requires- - - (a j 'L~iescri bed" means prescribed 51: ~ A e s r;.,aGe under this Act; (b) "reare? means a person engaged in operations relaling to rearing of silkworms; (cJ "rearing" includes all operations from the incubation of silkworm eggs and brushing of silkworms to the harvesting of coccions; (d) "siikworm" includes mulberry silkworms, tussar silkworm, muga silkwoms and eri sil kwoms; and (e) "sjlkwom seed" means silkworm cocoons, moths, eggs, or young silkworms of whatever dcscription intended to be used for the purposes of reproduction or rearing.
