Short title, extent and commencement.

( 1 ) This Act mily be called the Punjab Silkworm Seed Control Act, 1953. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of [Haryana]. (3) It shall come '[into force in the principal territories] on such dates as the State Governmeni may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint 2[md in the transferred territories on the 24th July, i 9571.
