Statutory text
(1) A Review Application shall lie against any order passed under sub-section (1) of section 8 of this Act before the same authority which had passed the order. (2) A Review Application shall lie against an order passed under sub-section (1) of section 15 of this Act before the same authority which had passed the order. (3) No Review Application shall lie against any order passed under any other part of this Act.
