Statutory text
(1) The District Mining Officer may terminate a Stockist and Retailer Licence in prescribed form in case of any proven violation of any of the provisions of this Act. (2) No order of termination of a Stockist and Retailer Licence shall be passed without affording an opportunity of hearing.
