Meeting of the Board.

(1) The Board shall meet at such time and place as the Chairperson may decide, provided that at-least one meeting shall be held in every six months. (2) The Chairperson can authorize the Senior Vice-Chairperson to preside over the meeting of the Board in his absence. (3) The procedure in regard to transaction of business at the meetings including the quorum shall be such as may be prescribed.
