Vesting of Prison Lands and Buildings in the Board

On and from the date of commencement of this Act, for the limited purpose of carrying out commercial, welfare and related activities of the Board, all land and buildings appurtenant thereto in the charge, or possession, or use, of the Prisons Department, shall vest in the Board, and be subject to its control.
