Prison hospital and medical officer and staff.

(1) In every prison there shall be a hospital or a proper place for reception and treatment of sick prisoners. (2) There shall be sufficient number of medical officer(s) and medical subordinate staff in consonance with the population of the prison, as may be prescribed.
