No right of pre-emption in certain cases

No right of pre-emption shall exist in respect of—

1. (a) a shop, serai or katra;
2. (b) a dharmsala, mosque or other similar building;
3. (c) agricultural land being waste land reclaimed by the vendee by cultivation;
4. (d) any other property which the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette declare to be exempt from the law of pre-emption.
