The law determining the right of pre-emption

Statutory text
In respect of all sales and foreclosures not completed before the commencement of this Act right of pre-emption shall be determined by the provisions of this Act; but in respect of all sales and foreclosures completed before the commencement of this Act the right of pre-emption shall be determined by the law in force at the time of such completion.
