Management of municipal property

3. Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force enacted by the State of Punjab, every Municipality shall cause-

1. (a) all municipal properties to be identified and entered into a Property Register in such manner as may be specified by the Government;
2. (b) all municipal properties to be demarcated and notified for the information of the general public;
3. (c) the name and address of the tenant or an occupant, whether authorized or unauthorized, along with the details of the municipal property under the possession of such an occupant, to be notified for the information of the general public; and
4. (d) to follow Government orders on Asset Management Policy and Capital Investment Plan.
