Penalty for taking part in horse race on a race course without licence/permit

Whoever takes part in any horse race on any race course, for which no licence/permit is granted or for which a permit granted in accordance with the provisions of section 6 is not in force, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees twenty thousand.
