Rights of the Wards Committee

The Wards Committee shall have the right to,- (a) seek information from any officer/official of the Municipality regarding any matter relating to the Area; (b) obtain information about the plans of the Municipality; (c) obtain information of the budget of the Municipality and all revenue items including tax; and (e) be consulted in the development of land use and zoning regulations.
