Suspension and revocation of licenses

Subject to any general or special directions of the State Government, a license granted under section 15 may be suspended for a period not exceeding three months by the Superintendent of a Borstal Institution or revoked at any time by the visiting committee on the recommendation of the Director of Borstal Institutions. Where the license of any inmate has been suspended or revoked he shall return to the Borstal Institution and if he fails to do so he may be arrested without warrant and taken to the institution.
