Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Borstal Act, 1926. (2) It extends to Haryana. (3) It shall come into force in the principal territories on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint in this behalf and in the transferred territories on the 15th May, 1958.
