No suit or other legal proceeding whatever shall lie in any Bar of legal court against the State Government or any officer specified in the proceedings-

No suit or other legal proceeding whatever shall lie in any court against the State Government or any officer specified in the notification aforesaid for or on account of or in respect of any such order made, proceeding taken or act done as aforesaid and validated by the provisions of the preceding section.
