The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Validation) Act, 1953

This Act may be calIed the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Validation) Act, 1953.

Ail orders made, proceedings taken and acts done in pursuance of Punjab Government notification No. 1362-E-5212359, dated the 17th April, 1952, after the 16th October, 1952, in the exercise of the powers purporting ro be derived by virtue of the aforesaid ncllification shall be deemed to be and always to have been validly made, taken and done as if the said notification had been approved by the Punjab Legislative Assembly to be continued in force as from 16th October, 1952, the dare on which it would otherwise have ceased to operate, till the nGw committees are validy constituted.

No suit or other legal proceeding whatever shall lie in any court against the State Government or any officer specified in the notification aforesaid for or on account of or in respect of any such order made, proceeding taken or act done as aforesaid and validated by the provisions of the preceding section.
